This is the fastest, most focused way to change your relationship. Instead of spreading the work over months, we go deep — and create real traction in a matter of days.
Tell me where you are. We'll figure out the rest together.
Months of the same conversations. The same fight on repeat. The same distance afterward. You love each other — but something keeps getting in the way.
Weekly sessions spread the work out over time. The intensive concentrates it. Over two days we go directly into the pattern, interrupt the cycle in real time, and leave you with something that actually shifts.
This isn't surface-level work. It's structured, high-impact, and designed to change the dynamic at its core.
Pre-intensive intake
2 days (10 hours total) of focused coaching
Work directly with reactivity and old patterns as they show up
A clear plan for moving forward
Follow-up integration session 1–2 months post intensive
A better understanding of what's been happening between you
Less reactivity and more steadiness in conflict
A real shift in how they relate to each other
A concrete path forward — not just a feeling
Includes intake, 2 days of coaching, and follow-up session
Each intensive follows its own organic rhythm — we go where the couple needs to go.
Here's a rough idea of how we'll move across the two days.
We start by getting to know you as a couple — your history, your strengths, and the patterns that have brought you here. The morning is exploratory and unhurried. By the time we break for lunch, we'll have a clear picture of your characteristic relational dance and a shared understanding of what you most want to be different.
Step away. Breathe. Be with each other without an agenda. This transition is part of the work.

Day two shifts into skill-building. Before we can work on the relationship, each partner needs to be grounded in their wise adult self — the part of you that can build something new. From there, we have real ground to stand on.
We work through the core elements of sustainable partnership — the conditions that allow love and respect to grow over time rather than erode.
We close by consolidating what's shifted, naming the gains you've already made, and establishing clear agreements for how you'll carry this work into your daily life. You won't leave with a folder of homework — you'll leave with a felt sense of something new.

I'm just like you.
I've wondered if the relationship I really wanted was within reach — and if it was, how I was going to get it. I've reached a breaking point in my own marriage and felt that the tools I knew weren't working for the problems I had. I've been certain that the key to a better marriage was getting my husband to change. And I've come to learn that the marriage I wanted was going to require something different from me, too.
I know what it's like to try everything and still feel stuck. I know the exhaustion of conversations that go nowhere, the loneliness of feeling like you're the only one who cares, and the terrible choice between pushing for what you need and holding back to keep the peace.
I'm a fellow traveler. I expect a lot from my most important relationships — and I've had to do the work to show up in ways that make that possible.
"The only difference between you and me is that you're still hoping — and I'm a true believer in the power of this work."
My work is grounded in Relational Life Therapy (RLT), developed by bestselling author and family therapist Terry Real. RLT is a direct, deeply relational model — one that combines psychotherapy, family systems work, trauma healing, and real-world skill-building into something that actually moves the needle, fast.
It gets to the root of what's happening quickly. It doesn't let either partner off the hook. And it doesn't drag on without resolution.
