Helping Couples Build Real Partnership
A focused, immersive experience for couples ready to stop the cycle and find their way back to each other.

You're tired of feeling like roommates. Tired of the same fights. Tired of hoping things will somehow get better on their own.
The Couples Intensive was created for exactly this moment. In just two full days, we go deeper than months of weekly sessions — cutting through the surface patterns to the real roots of disconnection, and handing you both a new way forward.
What you'll gain
Rediscover each other beneath the conflict and hurt. Feel genuinely seen and understood again.
Identify the patterns keeping you stuck and learn how to interrupt them in real time.
Develop communication skills that bring you closer rather than drive you further apart.
Walk away with a clear path forward — practical strategies you'll use for years to come.
Is this right for you?
How it works
Each intensive follows its own organic rhythm — we go where the couple needs to go. Here's what we'll move through across the two days.
We start by getting to know you as a couple — your history, your strengths, and the patterns that have brought you here. The morning is exploratory and unhurried. By the time we break for lunch, we'll have a clear picture of your characteristic relational dance and a shared understanding of what you most want to be different.
Step away. Breathe. Be with each other without an agenda. This transition is part of the work.
With the presenting picture in focus, we go beneath the surface. We explore each partner's adaptive child — the protective strategies learned early in life that now play out in your relationship. Understanding these patterns, with compassion rather than blame, is what makes real change possible.
Day two shifts into skill-building. Before we can work on the relationship, each partner needs to be grounded in their wise adult self — the part of you that can respond rather than react. From there, we have real ground to stand on.
We work through the core elements of sustainable partnership — the conditions that allow love and respect to grow over time rather than erode.
We close by consolidating what's shifted, naming the gains you've already made, and establishing clear agreements for how you'll carry this work into your daily life. You won't leave with a folder of homework — you'll leave with a felt sense of something new.
Certified RLT Relational Coach & Gottman Educator · Centerville, UT
I needed more from my relationship and I didn't know how to get it. I wanted to be a good mom and have a meaningful career — but I didn't have the partnership I needed to make it all possible.
I tried being patient. I tried being more direct. I tried doing more, and I tried doing less. Nothing really shifted — until I started learning that the way I was showing up in conflict was actually making it harder to get what I wanted.
That's what this work gave me. And it's what I want to give you.
My work is grounded in Relational Life Therapy (RLT), developed by Terry Real — a direct and deeply compassionate model that gets to the heart of relational patterns quickly and honestly. It doesn't let either partner off the hook. As a Gottman Educator, I also bring evidence-based research on what actually sustains healthy relationships long-term. Every couple I work with receives my full attention — no generic scripts, no passive listening.
