About Anna Howerton
In February 2020, just before the onset of the global pandemic, Anna and her husband made the difficult decision to separate after 16 years together, 12 of which were spent in marriage, raising our two beautiful children.
Amidst the world's sudden shutdown, she found herself grappling with the challenges of divorce, feeling profoundly isolated and lacking the support network of others who had experienced separation and divorce. Anna is on a mission to offer coaching, guidance, and practical tools to those navigating divorce and separation.
Real relationship growth requires more than just a 20 or 40-minute podcast episode.
